We wanted an update when some new features would be added to Vertical?
- Multi-threading Prune command?
- Retry for SFTP (i.e. if the connection drops retry/carry on from where it failed)
Multi-threading prune has been implemented in Duplicacy: https://github.com/gilbertchen/duplicacy/pull/441
There isn’t a plan to implement it in Vertical Backup. If prune takes a long time, it is recommended to use Duplicacy.
The SFTP backend in Vertical Backup already does retry. For Duplicacy, this feature will be implemented for 2.1.1.
